Congreso de la República realiza el lanzamiento de la III Edición “Carnaval del Perú, Rumbo al Bicentenario”

Agencia Peruana de Noticias PRENSAPERU.PE http://www.prensaperu.pe Twitter: @prensaperupe El Congreso de la República realiza este lunes 25 de marzo el lanzamiento de la III Edición “Carnaval del Perú, Rumbo al Bicentenario”, en el auditorio José Faustino Sánchez Carrión, en el Jr. Azángaro cuadra 4 Lima, así lo indicó a la Agencia Peruana de Noticias PrensaPerú.pe el legislador Dalmiro Palomino Ortiz, representante de la Región Apurímac y Presidente de la Comisión de Cultura y Patrimonio Cultural del parlamento peruano.
Así mismo confirmó la presencia de Guillermo Cortés Carcelén, Viceministro de Patrimonio Cultural e Industrias Culturales del Ministerio de Cultura; Humberto Valdivia Yoplac, Director General Jallmay Alto folclor; Tania Anaya Figueroa, Directora General de la Escuela Nacional Superior de Folklore “José María Arguedas”; Enrique López Hurtado Ojeda, Coordinador Sector Cultura – UNESCO; Lizbeth Corrales, Coordinadora de la Región Nor Amazónica de PROMPERÚ; Félix Antonio Lossio Chávez, Director General de Industrias Culturales y Artes del Ministerio de Cultura; Pedro Roel Mendizábal, Especialista de la Dirección de Patrimonio Inmaterial de la Dirección General de Patrimonio Cultural del Ministerio de Cultura; así como la presencia de diversos Congresistas invitados, presidentes de los Clubes departamentales y público, puntualizó Dalmiro Palomino Ortiz.
En nuestro país los carnavales son uno de los eventos más importantes del calendario festivo que se celebran en los meses de enero, febrero y marzo de cada año en diversas ciudades y pueblos del país; constituyéndose en un punto de encuentro de varias comunidades donde confluyen elementos religiosos, culturales y tradiciones de cada pueblo; el carnaval es la fiesta más grande de los pueblos indios peruanos, así lo señalaba el poeta y gran escritor andahuaylino José María Arguedas, en un artículo publicado en el año 1940 sobre el Carnaval de Tambobamba, que se desarrolla durante dos semanas en la provincia de Cotabambas, en el departamento de Apurímac, cito a modo de ejemplo el político y parlamentario Dalmiro Palomino Ortiz a través del hilo telefónico a PrensaPerú.pe
Finalmente esta “III Edición del Foro Carnaval del Perú, Rumbo al Bicentenario”, tiene el objetivo de dar a conocer el verdadero valor y el real significado de porque se celebran los carnavales en el Perú, que nos conlleva a afirmar y reconocer nuestra identidad cultural como parte de nuestras comunidades, y a participar con alegría de las diversas manifestaciones culturales que se expresan en esta festividad y que significa la afirmación de nuestra identidad a través de los CARNAVALES y su revalorización, lo cual conlleva a realizar un trabajo conjunto y articulado entre todos los estamentos de gobierno; desde el Congreso de la República apoyaré esta labor e impulsaré iniciativas legislativas con el fin de promoverlo, desde la Comisión de Cultura y Patrimonio Cultural que presido, concluyo la conversación telefónica el legislador peruano Dalmiro Palomino Ortiz.
